Yesterday i went to SFU to watch the Clan take on The University of Toronto Varsity Blues in basketball. Only reason i went is cause my good friend Andrew Wasik plays for U of T. The blue birds were out in full effect as there was a group of about 20 of us cheering for Andrew. None louder than Rahil. Him, and 4 others, painted their chests to spell out WASIK and were wearing these basketball head masks. I will have pics to put up very shortly. We went for the good times but ended up being treated to a great game. U of T was down 23 points in the 3rd quarter before coming back and tying it with about 4 mins to play. SFU won by 3 but that is OK, good times were had by all, especially Ole having to pull up Jordan's pants every time he jumped up.
After that i went to a club called Celebrities with Hilmi, Leo, Fu, Jess, Rick and his friend Jasmine. We went to see DJ A TRAK who is Kanye Wests' DJ as well as Kid Sister. The show was awesome. We got in around 10 or so but the show didn't start til 12, so we had 2 hours to drink and hang out. Once the show got started it kicked some major ass. Kid Sister, who i had never heard of, rocked it. Her performance was really short but was awesome. 5/5 no doubt.
When she was done DJ A TRAK took over. literally. He brought the house down. i had to leave at 1:30(had to get up at 7 for work) so i didn't see him for as long as i wanted but nonetheless he was wicked. 5/5.
The whole night gets a solid 5/5. First time at celebrities and the show was awesome. Running into Ash and Anna didn't hurt either. I will be back posting soon as tonight we are going out for my boy Rice's birthday party. i will let you all know how it went soon. til then, out.
